Welcome to Blaze Studios, a premier recording facility nestled in the picturesque village of
Caister-on-Sea, Norfolk—just a 30-minute drive from Norwich. Founded by Raoul Crane, Blaze Studios has become a trusted hub for artists seeking professional-grade recordings in a relaxed, creative environment.
Blaze Studios was meticulously designed from the ground up by Paul at Wise Owl Acoustic. The studio features a fully air-conditioned, soundproofed control room and live room, both purpose-built to meet the highest audio standards. The control room boasts top-tier equipment from renowned brands such as API, SSL, Warm Audio, Black Lion Audio, and Empirical Labs. Monitoring is powered by a 2.2 system comprising two Adam Audio Sub 8s and two Adam Audio AX7s, ensuring precise audio reproduction. Pro Tools HD serves as the digital audio workstation, facilitating seamless tracking with both analog hardware and plugins at near-zero latency.
The live room is equipped for tracking drums, guitars, and vocals, featuring an in-house 6-piece Mapex Armory drum kit paired with Istanbul cymbals. For relaxation between sessions, artists can unwind in a self-contained chill-out room equipped with Sky TV, Netflix, PlayStation, a pool table, kitchen facilities, and a toilet for added convenience.
Blaze Studios has had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse array of artists across various genres. Notably, the studio has worked with Rudimental, Mark Chapman (guitarist from A), Ed Graham (ex-Drummer of The Darkness), Simon Dawson (Iron Maiden Drummer), and Sons Of Mark. Our recordings have been featured on BBC Radio 2, BBC Introducing, and Kerrang TV, showcasing the studio's capability to produce music that resonates on prominent platforms.
